Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original state—unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please reach out to our support team with:

    • Your Order Number

    • A brief reason for the return

    • High-quality photos of the product (to verify condition)

  • Note: Requests made after the 24-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

Refund Policy

  • Inspection: Once your returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality check. we will notify you immediately regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover all costs.

Exchange Policy

We provide a one-time seamless exchange service to ensure you get the perfect fit:

  • Request Window: Please notify us of your exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Criteria: The product must remain in its original, brand-new condition with all packaging.

  • Logistics: Once your exchange is approved, your new item will be dispatched. Standard exchange delivery charges will apply and are to be covered by the customer.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to current stock levels. If the desired item is out of stock, we can offer an alternative or a refund as per policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours. Provide clear photo or video evidence, and Draft will ensure a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
